Below please find the materials found in the Camper Confirmation Packet. Please use these copies ONLY if you have lost/misplaced your original copies. All newly registered campers are automatically mailed a packet to the address on your child’s registration.

Please download this form if your child will be arriving at camp with prescription or OTC medication of any type. DO NOT mail this form in prior to your camp session, but instead please hand deliver to our camp manager upon check in.

Medication Administration Form (PDF)

For all campers traveling by plane to Flip Fest and requiring pick-up/drop-off at the Nashville Airport, you MUST fill out and return the following Travel Information Form with payment within 3 weeks of your camper’s scheduled session at camp.
