Terin Humphrey

Terin was a member of the 2004 Olympic Silver Medal Team, along with winning the individual silver medal on Uneven Bars. She was a member of the 2003 World Championships Gold Medal Team and a 2002 World Championships Team Member. Her philosophy is simple. Training "is an important part of my life. To become a good gymnast, you have to take it one day at a time. You take it one practice, one routine, one day at a time. You work hard on your mental and physical preparation and you keep working until you reach your goal."
