These guys were in the Opening Ceremonies. As you can see their suits light up

I'm pretty sure these guys are going to come to skit night next year.

This is the Birds Nest, where Track and Field and the Opening Ceremonies were. Its pretty amazing. This was right before the Ceremonies started.

Here's part of the crew for the gymnastics broadcast. You probably recognize, Tim, Elfi and Al Trautwig on the left.

These are the fireworks that woke me up. It sounded like there was a war going on outside. Don't worry, they can't compare to the fireworks on Lake Frances.

This is the Today Show. Keep an eye out for me. I'm the dork jumping up and down in the background with a Flip Fest shirt on. Thats the girls Olympic Team on the set.

This is the MSNBC set I visited early one morning. It overlooks the Birds Nest

That's Brian Williams. He was working next door to the MSNBC set. All the local affiliates from the United States had sets outside overlooking the Birds Nest. They were all crammed side by side on this rooftop.

I caught a glimpse of Michael Phelps walking into the "Cube" getting ready to swim.

Do you recognize a couple of our Flip Fest special guests? I ran into Shayla and Jolene in the International Broadcast Center. Shayla is also doing some stuff for the Oxygen Network. Keep your eyes out for her.

I thought this might have been a statue of Larry Corrigan at first, but now I'm not so sure. What do you all think?

I had a chance to interview the guys team in the International Broadcast Center after they won the Bronze medal. I had to get a pic.

Everyday before the competition the director of the gymnastics show, David Michaels, the guy in front, gets all the cameramen fired up for the meet. Its pretty funny.
