Our training facilities are second-to-none.

At Flip Fest, we believe providing our campers with a state-of-the-art training space allows them to unlock their full potential. Our fully equipped, air-conditioned facility provides training opportunities for gymnasts from a wide range of skills, abilities, and ages.

Athlete safety is a top priority at Flip Fest, which is why we trust our equipment from providers like Tumble Trak, Spieth Anderson, and AAI. Also in the interest of athlete safety, our facility is designed with equipment over a competition-landing surface and into a loose foam pit.

All housing is provided for our coaching staff. You will be roomed with other staff around your same age in a state of the art air conditioned cabin. Each cabin has a mini refrigerator, TV with HDMI connections available, private showers and toilets. If you are not interested in staying on property there are Air BNB’s available close by as well as a few hotels.

We value providing the best amenities for our campers to help them feel at home at Flip Fest. In our comfortable, air-conditioned cabins, each two-sided cabin has two counselors assigned with shared bathroom facilities and up to 18 campers per side.

We house girls and boys in separate cabins with other campers of similar ages, while all teammates are automatically roomed together, regardless of age, unless otherwise requested.

Upon check-in, parents may help move their children into their cabins and meet the counselor who will work with their children for the week.

One of the great values in coming to camp are the relationships kids build with our coaches, counselors, and each other.

We created the canteen to be a fun place for campers to hang out, play games, and grab snacks and drinks. Campers can also check out our latest Flip Fest merchandise, including apparel like t-shirts, tank tops, leotards, hats, and sweatshirts. And if your camper forgets to pack any toiletries, we keep our Canteen shelves stocked with essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sunscreen.

Healthy nutrition is essential for campers to be their best in the gym and out on adventures while at camp. That’s why all meals for campers are prepared fresh daily in our on-site kitchen with the highest quality foods to keep our kids training and playing strong all week long.

Lunch options vary from grilled chicken/beef soft tacos, chicken nuggets, and a sandwich bar to name a few. A typical dinner would be grilled chicken breasts, fresh steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, roasted potatoes and a whole-wheat dinner roll. We offer fruit at every meal as well as a salad bar with fresh produce and plenty of protein options at lunch and dinner.

Our dining facilities provide campers with indoor and outdoor seating, which is a great place for campers to get to know new friends while enjoying great food and a beautiful view of the lake.

Clean facilities are critical to maintaining a healthy environment at Flip Fest, so we prioritize adhering to the guidelines of the Tennessee Department of Health for our Dining Hall and Canteen.

At Flip Fest, we make the most of our lakefront property.

Adventures out on beautiful Lake Frances are an important part of the experience for campers while at Flip Fest. From swimming to canoes to jet skis, our campers safely enjoy fun on the water all week long.

Part of the Flip Fest experience includes providing safe experiences where campers can push the limits of what they believe they can accomplish. Our ropes course provides kids with the chance to challenge themselves over four obstacles while 35 feet in the air.

The best part? Campers finish off the course with a giant swing!

Tin Can

Ready to bust a move with hundreds of your new friends?

The Tin Can is our multi-use facility where our campers learn dance lessons from professional dance instructors, enjoy arts and crafts, movies on our oversized projector, and our camp dance. This area is also built without walls, so campers can enjoy the natural wilderness during all these activities.
